Akshay moved from finance into marketing and never looked back. He co-founded Schbang at 25, building it over a decade into a multi-city agency across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, London and Amsterdam. That journey led to one conviction - agencies don’t struggle for creativity, they struggle for structure. The Cofoundry was built on that idea: helping independent agencies and ambitious brands get the clarity they need to scale, not as clients, but as partners. Outside of work, he loves photography, plays padel, and runs Into The Wild, a bespoke wildlife travel venture.
Monish Kalro
Brand Strategy Manager
Entrepreneurship has always been close to him - growing up around a family business, studying it formally with an MSc from the University of Nottingham, and now working directly with founders at The Cofoundry. Here, he works across all The Cofoundry brands, spanning brand and marketing strategy, content development, consumer research, and performance marketing, as well as becoming a seamless part of each brand’s team. He also works closely on building The Cofoundry itself, collaborating with partners across social media, production, and technology.

Aastha works across brand strategy, content, and qualitative research, helping agencies and brands define what they stand for and communicate it clearly. At The Cofoundry, she has worked across categories including trading platforms, food brands, and materials companies. Her work spans brand architecture, consumer research, and content development. She brings a precise editorial sensibility to everything she writes, with a focus on clarity over convention.
